Trashury Refund & Replacement Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. We do not offer refunds or replacements for "change of mind" or if the customer no longer requires the product.

2. Exceptions (Defective or Damaged Goods)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we will only provide a replacement or refund if:

• The product delivered is physically damaged or defective.
• The product is significantly different from the description/specifications shown on our website.
• The package is lost in transit by our courier partner.

3. Reporting a Problem

To be eligible for a replacement or refund under the above exceptions:

• You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
• You must provide an unboxing video and clear photographs of the damage/defect via email to trashury.query@gmail.com.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Customized/Personalized Products: Items made specifically to your request.
• Recycled Material Variations:Since our products are made from recycled waste, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural characteristics and are not considered "defects."
• Sale Items: Products purchased during a clearance or flash sale.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by our team, it will be credited back to your original payment method (Razorpay/Bank Transfer) within 7–10 business days.
